WORLD-CLASS FACILITIES SET A NEW RECORD

Technology Park Adelaide's world-class conference and exhibition centre has become one of the leading business facilities in Adelaide, with a record number of delegates attending corporate functions at the Centre during February 2005.

The Conference Centre, located at Technology Park Adelaide's Innovation House at Mawson Lakes, hosts more than 450 events and meetings each year, including regular networking events for the 75 technology-based companies within the Park.

In September a collaborative event between Technology Park Adelaide and the Defence Teaming Centre is expected to attract more than 180 delegates from interstate and overseas to an exhibition involving 17 defence companies.

Setting the centre apart from other function venues is the unique combination of a contemporary space and leading edge technology all set within the beautifully landscaped grounds and Sir Douglas Mawson Lake.

The purpose-built Centre caters for events of all sizes, from a 10-person boardroom lunch to a 200 delegate cocktail function and includes a 160-seat theatre.

The Centre provides the best in audio, visual and communication technologies such as high-speed broadband, wireless hot-spot, video and teleconferencing, LCD projectors and Bose sound.

Each room is filled with natural light, while full catering is available.
